Introducing our Model 6 Tiny Home—a luxurious single loft design that redefines compact living. With its architectural elegance and thoughtful layout, this premium tiny home maximises space and comfort. A large galley-style kitchen, equipped with full-size appliances, making meal prep a joy, we haven’t skipped on the bathroom either with full size shower, room for a washing machine and plenty of vanity space. The lounge and stairs have been thoughtfully designed to have abundant inbuilt storage solutions, creating a serene and organised environment (yay!). This premium single loft tiny home is perfect for long living, it has all the inclusions you would expect from a premium tiny home model.

Model 6: Standard Inclusions List

Trailer

Standard Inclusion: Galvanised steel trailer, tri-axel design, electric brakes, alloy wheels, VIN number provided, registered with rover system.

Option: Lightweight, corrosion-proof aluminium trailer, fully engineered, top is removable, tri-axel design, electric brakes, alloy wheels, VIN number provided, registered with rover system. Aluminium is stronger and more durable than steel and is recommended for coastal living.

Structure

Standard Inclusions: Insulated walls and roof (SIP panels). High quality vinyl plank flooring with composite insulated subfloor. Architectural grade metal siding or Weathertex cladding. Timber or steel window trims. Internal walls have VJ board lookalike finish.

Floor Option: Vinyl flooring or tongue and groove flooring

Cladding Option: Cedar, pine or Weathertex cladding.

Wall and ceiling lining options: Plywood, cedar, VJ pine boards or other feature panelling.

Windows & Doors

Standard Inclusions: Large commercial grade aluminium door, 1 rear entry door, commercial grade aluminium windows with oversized box section (looks good). Safety or toughened glass on all windows. Fly screens. Plenty of cross ventilation in the design.

Window options: Retractable fly screens, gas strut windows, bifold doors, french doors and french window.

Electrical

Standard Inclusions: 16ltr gas hot water system, safety switchboard, bathroom exhaust fan, dual gas regulator, double power points, 32amp power inlet, LED strip lights with dimmers through whole house, smoke detector.

Lighting Options: Hanging pendant lights, wall lights.

Power Source Option: Solar powered off grid trailer and battery.

Kitchen

Standard Inclusions: Gas or electric cooktop, ABI high quality tap-ware, electric or gas oven, custom cabinetry with high quality BLUM hardware components, soft close drawers, large range of finishes available for cabinetry. Cabinetry drawer and cupboard layout can be altered to suit your needs.

Benchtop Options: Solid timber, stone, faux stone or stainless steel options available.

Cabinetry Options: Pull out pantry, range of different material finishes to choose from.

Bathroom

Standard Inclusions: Full size walk in shower, frameless glass screen, ABI high quality tape-ware, wet area panelling, flush toilet, exhaust fan, high quality waterproofing system on walls and floor.

Finish Options: Range of tile finishes, vanity bench top available in stone, or various laminate finishes.

Tap-Ware and Shower Head Options: Any range of variations available from ABI interiors.
