Yes! The experienced Über Tiny Homes design team can take you step by step through the process of designing your own unique tiny house, they will help you maximise the usefulness of the space as well as avoiding the common mistakes inexperienced builders and designers make.

A custom design consultation includes a meeting with our designer, up to 4 iterations of your design to perfect your vision and a 3D model of your design so you can get a feel for the space you have created. A consult package costs $1500 AUD but the best bit is? If you choose to build with us your custom design fee is completely refunded.

We have several other products related to custom design, these are:

1. 2D Architectural Plans, great for builders ($590 AUD)
2. 3D Photorealistic Renders ($990 AUD)

Yes. Über Tiny Homes is an Australian based company however 50%+ of our custom designs are done for international DIY builders who want a home with the Über Tiny feel. We can create plans using imperial or metric measurements.

We can create your initial custom design in as little as 2 weeks. The total time the design phase takes will depend on the amount of revisions and iterations required.

You are permitted to use your custom design to build tiny houses for yourself.

Über Tiny Homes retains the copyright for the design like most architectural firms. Commercial use of our plans or on-selling our plans requires a different licence agreement which is granted at our discretion.

If you choose to build your custom design with Über Tiny Homes your design fee will be refunded from your build cost (congrats!).

We will then work with you to choose building materials to meet your aesthetic requirements and quote you on the cost to complete the building project.

If you accept the quote we will take a 25% deposit and construct your engineered tiny house trailer. Further instalments will be required as the build progresses.

The total time to complete your build will be approximately 12 weeks*. *Material delays and other situations out of our control may affect the build time.
