Über Tiny Homes have 20+ years in construction and building design. We have been building Tiny Homes since 2014 and still love it! Our builders are licensed tradespeople because we care about quality. We are located in Byron Shire Northern NSW.

Building Tiny Homes on Trailers requires no specific licence. All our employees are qualified tradespeople who are licensed and insured in their respective fields. Our trailers are designed by engineers to be fit for purpose.

We require payment in instalments with a 25% deposit to start your build. Details of payment plans can be found in your contract.

Building your tiny house happens in 3 steps.

1. We finalise the design of your tiny house and the optional extras or changes you want included (allow 2-4 weeks)

2. After the design is finalised we will order your trailer and windows according to the specifications of your design (allow 4 weeks for trailer and windows to arrive).

3. After your trailer and windows have arrived we will begin construction of your build. The complexity of your build will influence the duration of the build time (allow 8-12 weeks for your build to be completed).

Please note: Sometimes weather or material supply delays can impact your build time.
